Shipping,Return and Refund Policy

  • 1. ANY PRODUCT PURCHASED FROM THE WEBSITE CAN BE RETURNED TO THE COMPANY ONLY IF THE PRODUCT IS IN ORIGINAL SEAL PACK AND IS DIFFRENT FROM THE PRODUCT THAT WAS ORDERED.

  • 2. USER SHALL BE ENTITLED TO CANCEL AN ORDER OF ANY PRODUCT BOOKED ON THE WEBSITE BY PLACING A CANCEL ORDER REQUEST BY EMAIL.

  • 3. IF CUSTOMER REQUEST TO CANCEL THE ORDER OR THERE’S A MISTAKE FROM CUSTOMER'S BEHALF WHILE ORDERING AND CUSTOMER ASKS FOR REFUND THEN AS PER OUR POLICY 10% PLUS PROCESSING FEE AND SHIPPING CHARGES WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM TOTAL AMOUNT AND WHEN THE CUSTOMER’S ORDER IS DISPATCHED FROM OUR SIDE AND THEN IF THEY ASK FOR CANCELLATION, THEN AS PER REFUND POLICY 10% PLUS PROCESSING FEE PLUS SHIPPING CHARGES WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM FULL AMOUNT.

  • 4. IF SIBANI TECHNOLOGIES IS NOT ABLE TO DESPATCH THE PRODUCT WITHIN 14 WORKING DAYS AND IN NEAR FUTURE CUSTOMER ASKS FOR REFUND, SIBANI TECHNOLOGIES WOULD PROVIDE FULL REFUND.

  • 5. THE USER SHALL ENSURE THAT HE/SHE DOSE NOT ACCEPT THE DELIVERY OF ANY PRODUCT WHOSE ORIGINAL PACKAGING IS DAMAGED OR TAMPERED IN ANY MANNER.

  • 6.WE WILL ACCEPT THE RETURN OF THE PRODUCTS, PROVIDED SUCH RETURN IS FOR PRODUCTS THAT ARE WRONGLY DELIVERED, WRONG PRODUCT, INCOMPLETE PACKAGE ETC . CUSTOMER NEEDS TO ARRANGE FOR REVERSE SHIPMENT.

  • 7.THE CHARGES OF RETURN SHIPMENT NEED TO BE BORNE BY BUYER.

  • 8. PARCELS OPENED BY CUSTOMERS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR REFUND / RETURN.

  • 9. IF YOU ORDER DIGITAL KEY (ACTIVATION KEY VIA EMAIL) FROM OUR ONLINE PORTAL AND SUBSEQUENTLY ANY PROBLEM COMES DURING THE ACTIVATION, THEN WARRANTY AND SUPPORT IS PROVIDED BY PARENT COMPANY.
